Project overview

ClearCheck is a regulatory compliance platform designed for legal teams, compliance reviewers,
financial institutions, and specialist partners.
The platform helps users review assessments, identify risk signals, manage supporting evidence,
collaborate on active cases, and track review progress.

The challenge

Regulatory workflows involve dense information, multiple reviewers, deadlines, supporting documents,
risk indicators, and audit requirements.
The design needed to make this information easier to understand without reducing the seriousness,
depth, or traceability of the review process.

Design approach

The product was structured around the decisions reviewers need to make.
Assessment queues, risk signals, pipeline information, case details, evidence, and team communication
were separated into clear areas while remaining connected within the same workflow.
A restrained visual system, strong typography, limited accent colours, and clear status indicators were
used to create trust and reduce visual noise
